Kashi residents are not allowed to visit anywhere else for having darshan of diety's main site, only permission to tour.
It has been said in religious scriptures that the residents of Kashi do not need to go outside Kashi for darshan and worship. If you (Kashivasi) have a lot of desire, then request Shri Adi Vishweshwar for this, have darshan and take the bel patra. Request the Lord in Kotwal Baba Kaal Bhairav Darbar of Kashi and go for a tour.
According to the Kashi Khand of Skanda Purana, all the deities reside in Moksha Nagri Kashi in 15 Ansh, only a fraction (1 ansh) are present at their native main places. Bhagwan Ved Vyas has written that seeing God in Kashi gives ten times more virtuous benefits than anywhere else.
